To move into a rental property, there are several requirements that need to be fulfilled:
Tenancy Application Form

Identification

Fees and Costs
Upfront payment of two weeks' rent is usually required to ensure that you are in advance, as well as a bond payment. The bond amount is typically equivalent to four weeks' rent and is held by Tenancy Services in case the property is damaged during your lease. The bond amount will be returned to you if the property is in reasonable condition.
Rental History
